The ROSS centre
The Ross center will be one of the first buildings to be constructed in The Haven, and is situated in a prime commercial location in the heart of The Haven project in Nausori Town. The Ross Center will house the EDP corporate and sales center, restaurant/coffee shop, Body Corporate Mangement, Legal Firm and more.
The Ross Center comprises six freehold commercial unit titles, two units per level, over three levels. The commercial units are for sale to investors under a sale, purchase and construct agreement and all six units in The Ross Center will be fully tenanted upon competion! Each unit will be subject to pre-existing lease agreements that will return a guaranteed 10% per annum as well as substantial potential for capital gains. All leases are to be on a fixed rates for three years and come with two option periods for three-year extensions with rental adjusted by a COLA formula.
